Mr.
Bell graduated from Murray State University
in Murray, Kentucky. After completing
his undergraduate studies Mr. Bell attended
Law School at the University of Arkansas
where he became an Associate Editor of
the Arkansas Law Review. Mr. Bell was
a Dean's List Student at the University
of Arkansas earning numerous academic
scholarships. Mr. Bell received his Doctor
of Jurisprudence from the University of
Arkansas and is licensed by the Texas
Supreme Court, as well as the United States
District Courts for the Northern, Eastern
and Southern Districts of Texas.
Mr. Bell was formerly
associated with the firm Orgain, Bell
& Tucker, L.L.P. located in both Beaumont
and Houston, Texas, and continues to represent
clients in Jefferson, Orange, Hardin,
Liberty, Harris, Fort Bend, Chambers,
Montgomery and Galveston Counties. Mr.
Bell has experience in handling and defending
litigation in the areas of medical and
other professional malpractice, commercial,
contract, labor and employment, toxic
and mass torts, premises liability, auto
liability, coverage disputes, construction
liability, FELA claims, subrogation, civil
rights issues, commercial trucking, intellectual
property, and other general liability
files. He has successfully tried dozens
of cases to verdict, including wrongful
death, personal injury, medical malpractice,
and commercial cases.
Mr. Bell also represents
professionals in front of their respective
governing boards, such as the Texas Medical
Board and Texas State Board of Dental
Examiners.
Mr. Bell was listed in
Texas Monthly as being selected as a Super Lawyer -
Rising Star in 2008.
